This trail seems more popular than the last we hiked it, back in 2013.
Parking is alongside the road by the trailhead, and we had to park 1/3 mile
down the road. I thought that this might mean it would be pretty crowded
at the falls, but I was pleasantly surprised when I got there.
The trail starts off as a rough road allowing the two of us to hike
side by side. Tire tracks in occasional mud patches indicated that
someone had driven it recently.
It gets narrower until it becomes a real hiking trail.
There are a couple junctions in the trial, but there is some obvious
signage. The way is easy to follow as it tends to be straight ahead.
Near the falls we had to rock/log hop across a little stream. By then
you could hear the falls ahead.
Unlike in 2013, the trail pretty much goes straight to the bottom
of the falls, though there is a steep side trail that leads to the top.
While there were people there, it wasn't hard to get some photos of the
falls without people.
