We did this trail after Icicle Ridge.  Follow the paved road up Icicle Creek until the pavement ends and you continue on a dirt road for several miles.  The road had some potholes but wasn't too bad.  I just had to go slow at times. 

We took the loop clock-wise. 

You start with a short hike to the lower bridge where you cross icicle creek above water rushing through rocks. 

We then went west along the south side of Icicle Creek to the west or upper bridge where the road crosses the creek. 

We then returned east on the north side of the creek back to the parking lot.
