Christmas Tree Ornament Projects
These are a pair of Christmas tree ornaments that we made two
different years.

This set (these are just two
representative samples) were made in 1997 and machined from 1/4 inch aluminum on a
numerically controlled Bridgeport vertical mill. This shows the front and back
of each ornament.
These ornaments were made in 2000 from strips of bird's eye maple and black walnut.
The strips were glued together and then resawn to make a thin stripped sheet.
The trees were then bandsawn out, wood burned, and finished with shellac.
